A few weeks ago Emily and Martie were in Nashville to present an award at The Americana Awards which honors artists whose work blurs the traditional boundaries between country, rock, folk, blues, bluegrass and other quintessential American styles of music. This year was the ninth annual event and was held at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium.

It was announced this week that Court Yard Hounds has been added to the Lilith 2010 lineup alongside some already eclectic and notable female acts. Martie and Emily will join Sarah McLachlan, Sheryl Crow, Brandi Carlile, Corinne Bailey Rae, and a host of others this summer.
