as someone who has grown up with dance -- jazz, tap, ballet. Constant access to the radio or tv with the likes of Gene Kelly or Fred Astaire and others.

Music touches me in a special way. I don't try to make something happen it just does. These ladies have had songs that have stimulated my thinking, touched my emotions leaving me sometimes happy or sad. I'm glad to live in a place in time that being able to find and draw from so many genres can make an impact on a whole generation.
