Myself and my friend are from Ireland we travelled over to London for the 2nd and final show of the Court Yard Hounds Tour. I have to say we were really blown away firstly with the seats we got and even more so when meeting the girls. The girls are so lovely and down to earth. We were starstruck, told them of how inspired we were and of course how amazing they were. We told them of ourselves, Amie and Claire. We gig as a 2 piece girl country cover band. We cover the best of the Dixie Chicks songs as well as other American Country. Martie insisted we put a court yard hounds song into our set (we are in the process of rehearsing the coast) and Emily was very supportive towards our gigging and music even thought its just the 2 of us.
Thank you so much girls , your encouragement and support was overwhelming and to hear it from a role model was just mind blowing. It would be a fantasy to share the stage with you some day but as for now keep doing exactly what your doing we love you, you are very beautiful and talented people.
