I love the chicks and will support all that you do.I would love to see you in concert and hopefully get to meet you guys someday.I have seen the dixie chicks many times and cant wait to see whats next.I want to get a dixie chicks tattoo and have all of you sign it so if you chicks read this please help me make my dream come true.(cheesey huh) Call me please!!!

I hate that Natalie is letting the haters rob her and us of the Dixie Chicks music. We love you Natalie and we love the Dixie Chicks. The three of you have something wonderful and special. Hurry back. We miss you.

But, in the meantime I like what I hear so far and can't wait for the album. It is what I love about the Dixie Chicks but something different and fresh. Good luck and if you come to northeast Ohio I will there as I have always been before from by the first time at the county fair to the big arenas. I love you girls and am excited for this new adventure.

Google it, it's old news. I see the situation that happened as a blessing for all 3 girls. They had an amazing, genuine, raw album Taking The Long Way come out of it which is my favorite album and have given Martie and Emily new found courage that maybe had that not happened, they wouldn't have known they have. I eagerly await the new album. Natalie excercised her freedom of speech. Wake up America, our freedom of speech has been stripped from us. Agree with what she said or not, I am to this day still dumbfounded how an opinion has spiraled down to this and caused so much chaos. Our countries leaders can lie, torture, control and manipulate but an honest country singer can't voice an opinion. What's happened has happened though and good things do come out of trials.

I'm very excited. I see the Chicks every time you come to Denver! The new songs sound awesome! I preordered the CD but somehow don't see how to get the 4 digital downloads. Did I miss something? Come to Denver!

While I'm sad that the Dixie Chicks are 'taking a break' I'm glad that the two of you didn't wait untill all three of you were ready to get back on the stage together.

You have much more music to play, and a waiting crowd of fans eager to hear it ~ I can hardly wait to see and hear you again!

I am from Hanover, Pa. where the sisters have a close connection of family and friends. From time to time we would hear news from local family on how the girls were doing. Glad to hear that you are back and on track. One of my favorite things about the Chicks was the music you both would play. I have seen you many times in concert and always loved the sound of the Violin and the Banjo and of couse the Dobro. I remember seeing you one time at a Burns Family party....you rode into town in a camper and played for all of those at the party. What young girls you were then and filled with the love of music. Good luck girls and I wish you all the best and so does the town of Hanover, Pa.

I am the BIGGEST Natalie Maines lover in the world...but I have to say, from the first note I heard Emily sing I was hooked....HOOKED!! I honestly don't understand why she never sang on any of the other records...Keep rockin girls!!!!!!!!

And this needs to be said... COME ON NATALIE! I don't blame you for saying no way... who wants to live their life out in the open when a few soulless people seem to get the face time. Don't let them steal what you love! They ARE the minority... they're just so nasty and jaw dropping-rude in their willingness to spew hateful things that it makes for good sound bite controversy on the news. You put up with enough, don't blame you for just holding on to the boys and keeping with what really matters:) Just know that DxCx's spark is missing from the world and you're holding the ignitor!... throw down girl... Adrian can handle it:)

Beautiful! LOVE the songs streaming here. Tried to buy on iTunes but no such luck yet. Should Natalie make music with you again I do hope it is within the context of Court Yard Hounds. Country Music feels like it has some kind of old timey claim on the "Dixie Chicks" that I don't think is possible to fully escape from in that musical incarnation. It isn't fair to you as artists and it scares people too hip to listen to "country". I used to be one of those hipsters - I should know! Viva la Hounds!
